THE PATTERN IS A DOORWAY. YOU STILL CHOOSE THE STEP.

TWELVE PRACTICAL OUTCOMES

Move from recognition
into a response.

  1. Distinguish an archetype lens from a diagnosis or fixed identity.
  2. Separate an observable event from an interpretation of motives.
  3. Map a trigger, meaning, feeling, urge, action, and consequence.
  4. Recognize when belonging patterns hide a preference or a limit.
  5. Set a purpose-based stopping point for low-stakes perfectionism.
  6. Distinguish requested support from taking over another adult’s responsibility.
  7. Evaluate control, criticism, avoidance, and rebellion in context.
  8. Examine projection without dismissing another person’s conduct.
  9. Translate envy and admiration into realistic personal experiments.
  10. Write a boundary with an action within your authority.
  11. Plan a proportionate repair without demanding forgiveness.
  12. Create a continuing practice with support, a pause rule, and a review date.

MEET YOUR TEACHER

Solara Wynne

Creator of Phoenix Fire Oracle, and the voice behind Shadow Academia.

My work brings spiritual education, shadow work, creative practice, and community into the same room. I care about what a reflection makes possible after the journal closes... the preference you finally name, the limit you keep, the responsibility you take without carrying everyone else.

This course follows that approach. We begin with a real moment, look carefully at the pattern, and choose an action you can use. You are welcome to bring your spiritual path into the work while keeping your own discernment.

Solara holds accreditation from CPD, CMA, IPHM, ICAHP, and NCCAP.

Teacher accreditation is presented separately from this course’s completion certificate. The certificate records educational completion and does not grant a professional license.

BEFORE YOU ENTER

Ten honest answers.

Is this self-paced or taught live?

This is a self-paced online course with fully written lessons. The six-week journey is a suggested rhythm. Scheduled live classes, individual coaching, audio recordings, and video lessons are not included.

How much time should I allow?

Allow about 10.2 hours for reading, guided practice, journaling, and assessments together. That is an estimate, not 10.2 hours of video. You can move more slowly or pause whenever you choose.

Do I need experience with shadow work?

No. The opening module explains the method and helps you choose manageable examples. Curiosity and willingness to reflect are enough to begin.

What do the archetypes mean?

They are educational lenses for recurring strategies, including pleasing, rescuing, perfectionism, control, criticism, avoidance, and rebellion. They are not diagnoses or fixed identities.

Are my journal entries private?

Your reflection journal is tied to your PFO account and is not displayed to other students. It is stored by the website, not end-to-end encrypted. Journaling is optional and entries are not graded. You can download your entries or delete an entry.

How does enrollment work?

Create or sign in to your Phoenix Fire Oracle account, then complete Stripe checkout. After verified payment, the same account receives course access and a course-access email with your sign-in link and password-reset instructions. Passwords are never emailed.

How do the quizzes and certificate work?

Each module has four scored questions. Complete its four lessons before taking the quiz. The final has eight questions. An 80% pass mark requires 4 of 4 on each module quiz and at least 7 of 8 on the final. You can review explanations and retry. Complete all lessons and pass every assessment to request your named certificate.

What does the certificate recognize?

It is a Phoenix Fire Oracle certificate of completion for Shadow Archetypes. It records completion of this educational course. It does not grant a professional license or authorization to diagnose, treat, or practice a regulated profession.

What is the price?

Founding Initiates pay $99 once. Regular enrollment is $149 once. There is no subscription for this course. The opening date, access period, and refund terms are shown in the final enrollment terms before payment.

Can I use this instead of individualized support?

The course is for adult personal education and spiritual reflection. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, crisis care, or individualized clinical guidance. You can skip a practice, leave a question unanswered, or seek support suited to your situation.
